BONJOUR PARIS

 

Traveling to Paris has been on my wish list for a long time. I always wanted to walk around those cute streets surrounded by cafes and boutiques and having croissants for breakfast and macaroons for dessert. I also wanted to see in person he amazing Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre Museum, The Arch of Triumph and many more things.

 

When we planned our trip to Spain to visit my family, my husband and I decided to stop for a couple days in Paris before flying to my home town, Valencia. It wasn´t a long stay but definetely it was better than not going at all. This has been our first trip as a family. We took with us our little angel, Emily, who is only 6 months old. This has been her first trip to Europe and she was such a good girl eventhough her schedules were all messed up.

 

Btw, if somebody is wondering, nope, I did not walk around Paris on those high heels. That would have been crazy considering that we were walking all day long. I put that outfit together for taking the pictures for my blog but I walked on my flats the whole day. :)

 

Viajar a París ha estado en mi lista de deseos mucho tiempo. Siempre quise andar por esas calles tan bonitas rodeadas de cafés y boutiques y desayunar croissants y tomar macaroons de postre. También quería ver la increíble Torre de Eiffel en persona, la Catedral de Notre Dame, el Museo de Louvre, el Arco del Triunfo y muchas cosas más.

 

Cuando mi marido y yo planeamos nuestro viaje a España para visitar a mi familia, decidimos hacer una parada de dos días en Paris antes de volar a mi ciudad natal, Valencia. No fue una estancia larga pero sin duda fue mucho mejor que no ir. Este ha sido nuestro primer viaje en familia. Llevamos con nosotros a nuestra princesita, Emily, que sólo tiene 6 meses. Este ha sido su primer viaje a Europa y se portó súper bien a pesar de que sus horarios no se pudieron seguir a rajatabla.

 

Por cierto, si alguien se está preguntando, no, no anduve por todo París en estos tacones. Eso habría sido una locura considerando que estuvimos andando todo el día. Me los puse para crear este outfit y hacer las fotos para el blog pero llevé todo el día puestas mis sandalias planas. :)

Summer weekend in NYC

Enjoying NYC as always... I love walking down Soho´s picturesque streets in summer time and having breakfast in any cafe around there. One of my best friends came from Spain. She came with her fiance and my husband and I met them in the City.

If you have chance to visit NYC, I highly recommend TAO restaurant. It´s a little bit pricey but it´s totally worth it. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is so cool, soft lightning and background music. You gotta go!  www.taorestaurant.com

 

Difrutando de Nueva York como siempre... Me encanta pasear por las típicas calles del Soho en verano y desayunar en cualquier café de por allí. Una de mis mejores amigas vino desde España. Vino con su prometido y mi marido y yo nos reunimos con ellos en la ciudad.

Si tenéis oportunidad de visitar NYC, recomiendo que vayáis a cenar al restaurante asiático TAO. Es un poco caro pero merece la pena. La comida está súper buena y la atmósfera es una pasada, luz ténue, música de fondo. Tenéis que ir!  www.taorestaurant.com

Postcards from Spain

 

There´s nothing better than coming back to Spain for visiting family and friends. I live in The U.S and I can´t spend as much time with them as I would like to. My husband and I took two weeks of vacation and we went back to my homeland, Valencia. We also had time to go to Ibiza and Barcelona. We celebrated our first Anniversay with a Ying Yang massage for couples at Silom Spa, it was awesome, and we went out for dinner to Brown 33 restaurant. I recommend both places.

Adam and I got married last year here in The U.S but we celebrated a second wedding during our visit to Spain for all relatives and friends they couldn´t make it to the american one. I show you today some pics of our vacation and I´ll show you some of the wedding shortly.

 

No hay nada mejor que volver a España para visitar a familia y amigos. Vivo en Estados Unidos y no puedo estar con ellos tanto como me gustaría. Mi marido y yo nos tomamos dos semanas de vacaciones y volvimos a mi tierra, Valencia. También nos dio tiempo a ir a Ibiza y a Barcelona. Además celebramos nuestro primer aniversario con un masaje Ying Yang para parejas en el Spa Silom de Barcelona que fue una pasada y una cena en el restaurante Brown 33. Os recomiendo ambos.

Adam y yo nos casamos el año pasado aquí en USA, pero durante estas vacaciones hemos celebrado otra boda para toda mi familia y amigos que no pudieron venir a la boda americana. Hoy os dejo con unas fotos que resumen estas vacaciones y muy pronto, subiré fotos de la boda.
