A LITTLE BIT OF INSPIRATION

 

FALL IN THE CITY

 

Fall is here. Temperatures have dropped and the leafs are turning brown. Getting dressed at this time of the year can be a little bit tricky. It's not quite cold enough for a pea coat, but definitely not warm enough for a sun dress. You have to know how to dress for unpredictable weather. So here it is my suggestion of the day. 

 

Going to New York City is what one of those things that I really love doing. Everyone who follows this blog knows that. This time I spent more time on the road coming from Washington DC than in the City but it´ was totally worth it . I spent the day in the area of the Upper East Side going to stores and boutiques to see what have for this new seasson. Amazing collections but crazy prices.

 

For this occasion in the City, I chose this outfit from the new collection of Zara. The thigh high boots are from Mango, the coat from Ann Taylor and the necklace from Urban Outfitters.

 

El otoño ha llegado. Las temperaturas han descendido y las hojas se están volviendo marrón. Vestirse en esta época del año puede ser un poco complicado ya que no hace frío suficiente para ponerte un chaquetón pero tampoco hace calor suficiente para ir con un vestidito veraniego. Tienes que saber como vestirte para un tiempo impredecible. Así que aquí os dejo mi propuesta del día. .

 Ir a Nueva York es una de esas cosas que realmente me gusta hacer. Tod@s los siguen este blog lo saben. Anque esta vez pasé más tiempo en la carretera yendo desde Washington DC que en la ciudad en si, pero mereció la pena totalmente. Pasé el día en la zona del Upper East Side yendo a tiendas para ver que tienen para esta nueva temporada. Colecciones increíbles pero los precios por las nubes.

 

Para esta ocasión en la Ciudad, elegí este outfit de Zara de la nueva colección. Las botas altas son de Mango, el abrigo de Ann Taylor y el collar de Urban Outfitters.

TIBI PIPER BOOTS

I´m so in love of these Tibi Piper Boots. Everything about them is gorgeous, except for one thing, the price of course. I´d feel awful expending $600 in a pair of boots so I´ll keep dreaming about them which is free.

 

Estoy enamorada de estas botas Piper de Tibi. Todo en ellas es simplemente maravilloso, excepto una cosa, el precio, por supuesto. Me sentiría fatal gastándome 600 dólares en un par de botines así que seguiré soñando con ellos que es gratis.

OUR BEDROOM

 

It took a while but I´m proud to say that finally our bedroom is looking good. When you buy a house and it´s completely empty you have to work hard to make that house become a home and make it cozy and stylish at the same time. The best part to me comes when I look for the details. There´s still a lot of things I have to take care of in our house but I´m getting there. I love decoration so much that I don´t mind spending time on this, I´m so thrilled to do it.

 

Ha llevado lo suyo pero estoy orgullosa de poder decir que por fin nuestra habitación se ve bien. Cuando compras una casa y está completamente vacía, tienes que trabajar duro para comvertir esa casa en un hogar acogedor y elegante al mismo tiempo. Para mi con lo que disfruto más es buscando los detalles. Todavía hay un montón de cosas por hacer en nuestra casa pero estoy en ello. Me gusta tanto la decoración que no me importa dedicar tiempo a ello, estoy encantada haciéndolo.
